A great hotel in Cheltenham. Lovely design. Staff were polite, setting is in 5 minutes' walk to downtown. The highlight was the fabulous food.

We had 3 nights in Cheltenham, it was a COMFORTABLE experience. We were moved to a superior king room and had a minibar, a seating area and a study table. In the heart of the city, very convenient. Superior place, you know.
